eDirectory is “loosely-consistent.” That is, each replica server has a view of the data stored in itŐs Directory Information Base (DIB) based on when it got the last data update. If you leave eDirectory alone, eventually all the data will be passed to all the replica servers. If something interrupts the replication of data among the servers, they will have different views of the data.
